Apostle Dr. Hillary Otono
President, International Ministers Prayer NetworkOverseer, Christ Liberation Ministries International, Niamey – NigerApostle Dr. Hillary Aziengbemwin Otono is a seasoned pastor, author, intercessor, and the visionary President of the International Ministers Prayer Network (IMPN). Originally from Benin City, Nigeria, he has faithfully served as a missionary in Niger Republic for over 25 years, dedicating his life to advancing the gospel across Africa.
He is the General Overseer of Christ Liberation Ministries International, with its headquarters in Niamey, Niger, where he leads a vibrant church committed to discipleship, spiritual growth, and leadership development.
Apostle Otono is widely known for his passion for raising, training, and fathering pastors and Christian leaders across the continent. His ministry is deeply rooted in prayer, the Word of God, and apostolic teaching. He travels extensively throughout Africa, equipping churches, mentoring ministers, and hosting strategic leadership gatherings that stir revival and ministerial excellence.
As an author and teacher, he continues to write and speak with clarity and prophetic insight, impacting countless lives and ministries.
He is happily married and blessed with six grown-up children, and continues to serve the body of Christ with humility, wisdom, and unwavering dedication.

Dr. Noah Obatsa
Vice President, International Ministers Prayer NetworkDr. Noah Obatsa is the Vice President of the International Ministers Prayer Network (IMPN) and a respected apostolic teacher of the Word, known for his passion in raising strategic intercessors and spiritual warriors across the globe. A man of integrity and vision, he combines deep spiritual insight with practical leadership in ministry and humanitarian work.
Dr. Obatsa is also a trained civil engineer and has served for over 17 years as a humanitarian aid worker in various nations across Africa and the Caribbean. His professional platform has provided unique opportunities to minister the gospel, support communities in crisis, and impact lives spiritually and practically. He is deeply committed to spiritual warfare, intercession, and leadership development, and continues to train leaders and intercessors worldwide. Currently based in Kenya, he works alongside Apostle Dr. Hillary Otono, supporting the work of IMPN and advancing its vision to equip ministers and transform nations. Dr. Obatsa is known for his integrity, humility, and passion, and remains a key voice in the Body of Christ in this generation.
